His expertise lies in cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and executing Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring the successful implementation of upgrades and improvements across the portfolio.
Prior to this role, Randy served as the Vice President of Operations, where he spearheaded operations across multiple hotel properties and brands, driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Through market trend analysis and data-driven strategies, Randy played a pivotal role in boosting revenue growth and market share.
Earlier in their career, Randy held the position of General Manager for renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, where they revolutionized service standards and optimized staff performance, leading to substantial profitability. Additionally, Randy serves as a Realtor, specializing in real estate transactions and providing clients with expert market analysis and negotiation strategies.
